How the pipeline works
  1. A coach submits the Team Orders form. The generated estimate shows on the ending screen with a See your mockup button.
  2. The Worker renders the logo onto the cleat and glove bags and stores them.
  3. Two emails go to mail@: a customer-ready quote with a copy-below-the-line banner, and an internal ops copy with the Greenhouse Outfitters handoff block.
  4. A team member copies the customer email and sends it from mail@ within one business day.
  5. Greenhouse Outfitters presses the bags. The Order Desk tracks the order and exports to QuickBooks.
Email templates

Built in mockup-render/src/worker.js (teamEmailHtml, internalEmailHtml): sharp black and white, Tabac Glam and HK Grotesk, no gold. The customer email frames the quote as a generated estimate that a team member confirms and finalizes. To change wording, edit those functions and redeploy.

Settings
  • Order Desk gear: pipeline stages, follow-up nudges, and templates.
  • Worker variables: VIEW_BASE, MAIL_INBOX, MOCKUP_FROM, and print-zone calibration.
  • Custom domain: render.saltathletic.team is connected to the Worker.
Roadmap and future automations
  • A comment box on the mockup page that writes to the Order Desk (hook in place).
  • Verify mail@ as a Cloudflare Email destination, then point MAIL_INBOX at mail@ for live relays.
  • QuickBooks and HubSpot sync from the Order Desk.
  • A warmed sending domain if we ever email customers directly.
